Quality Control / Inspection Department QC.PDF Our commitment to Quality Control begins once you place a Purchase Order with APM. We can fully track a job from start to finish and provide up to the minute status for you and your company as well as the dimensions that the job is running at. Unlike
other shops we have a full time Quality Control Department that
implements all of our guidelines for inspection.
From; Incoming Material Inspection, to 1st Piece,
to In-Process, to the Final Inspection we can guarantee that your
job has been controlled and meets the tolerance of your print. We
also offer something that most other manufacturing facilities
can’t or don’t:
a QC Report free of charge with every order you place with
us.
Material Certification and Certificates of Conformance can
also be included with your shipment upon request. We
save all our QC Reports for up to seven years for reference and for
you the customer.
At any time you can request another QC Report from a past job
and we will be glad to send that to you.
